Airtel — not deactivating my postpaid numbers upon request | |||
Hi sir, I am running an optical shop (Optimax optics) and had 5 airtel post paid connections for the shop. As i planned to move to a new region, i requested to cancel my connection in airtel customer care center (Ashramam center, kollam) last month, they told me that they will cancel the connections but it was not canceled and i received the bill this month also. I am ready to pay this month's bills and i kindly request you to cancel my airtel postpaid connections immediately. Please help me out in this regards. It has been very frustrating for me to go over this. Consider this as my authorization to cancel my connection and please cancel all my connections immediately and deactivate my sim card.
