Hi,
This is with Reference number is 41034940 Airtel Broadband connection. I have been requesting Airtel to disconnect my connection from past 1 and half month which has never happened instead they are generating bill for it. .Now they are giving a new
reference number [protected] asking me to pay for the bill which will be generated next month. I also checked if there is any
incoming traffic but nothing
I have made so many requests to disconnect my connection but every time they call back me asking to retain the connection . I dont need it and their service engineer who came to
my home was so rude when i asked few technical things. It hurts.and i was a customer for them for the last 8 years
I have paid all bills. requested to disconnect both landline and broadband almost daily .I have removed their connection from my system for the last 1 month and i wonder how bills keep on generating. ONLY thing i want is mail from them that they have disconnected my landline and broadband .NOTHING OTHER THAN THAT . My account number is 12177900.
