[Resolved] Airtel — Not easy to connect a call with airtel customer care | |||||
When call to air tel customer care call IVRS that so much annoying, not a direct option to connect customer care executive, normal people so much confusing with their IVR options, I am tried to connect customer care executive three times today(26/03/2017) for every time minimum 4 minutes but there is no option to connect customer care executive. Please give a instructions to air tel direct option to connect customer care executive, otherwise normal person couldn't connect to customer care executive because of their very confusing IVR options Was this information helpful? | |||||
