[Resolved] Airtel — Not get data benefit | |
Date of recharge- 02/04/17 As per offer of 5gb night data highlight on my airtel app. To get this offer i have to complete three step shown in the app.(steps are shown in screen shot below) according to first step i did an data recharge of rs 265 having 1.5gb data benefit but i got only 1gb of data then i again did the same recharge this time i got 1.5gb data. so i didn't get the remaining data yet of the first recharge. I ask about this issue to customer care and they told me that i got the remaining data within an hour. which is not get yet. second issue is that after doing two times of same recharge the app not go forward or next step. the second step of the process is not highlighted. but according to second step i installed both the app showing in the screen shot. SO i want either my 5gb night data + remaining data of the recharge OR refund of rs265 Was this information helpful? | |
