Airtel — not getting fnf statement

Address:Six Mile Guwahati, Kamrup Metropolitan, Assam, 781006

I am a former employee of bharti airtel.. After leaving the company i am not getting my fnf statement.. Tried multiple times in the airtel ambassador portal but as my id got blocked i am not able to access the same. Sent a lots of mail to hr. Activconnect but they are not helping me. Kindly do the needful as i have to submit the documents in my current company.

While trying to resetting the password in the portal its showing that my id got blocked...hractiv.[protected]@airtel.com is not responding on mails
