Dear sir, My self subrata santra & working at the wesman engg co pvt ltd. As per airtel's telephone, it was offered that my existing tata modem will be replaced by airtel modem at free of cost.in that way, i got the data card sim & no. Is [protected] on 24.06.2017. After that daily assurance on telephone that your modem will be reached at you immediately. But unfortunately not getting the modem still now. I don't know why your team is giving wrong information & wrong assurance & wastage our time. It is requested to bring back my sim card & return my documents.
