Airtel — not giving offer benefit | |||||
With reference to above mentioned subject i would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service of airtel. I have recharged my mobile with rs 99 where i get 100 gb as special offer which is shown on my airtel app. I have recharged the same and after some time that said data benefit is credited in my account but i am sorry to say after some time when i checked it is showing only 1 gb which is next to impossible. I haven’t use any data so far then how can it is possible my all data will be consumed and only 1 gb is remaining. I am sharing the screenshot for your reference and request you to please credit 99 gb in my account. Moreover i have escalated this to many time to ceo but no one bother to revert moreover resolution is not yet given by them.. For any clarification you can reach me +91-[protected].
