Airtel — not merging phone numbers in family plan after payment and promising

Address:MUMBAI, Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400093

On 24th january, airtel offered to merge my 3 phones into one family plan.

The phone numbers were:

[protected] (Main number)
And
[protected]
And
[protected] (Donge/hotspot).

On their advice, we have paid the current due on [protected] and [protected], on 24th jan 2020 and they were to merge all the 3 phones in 1 plan.

They have only merged [protected] and they have not merged [protected]. Inspite of payment.

Now they are asking for another payment to clear the current bill while in the meanwhile they have charged the family plan fees on [protected] and they are continuing to charge the monthly fees on [protected], which are not valid.

Please ask them to merge [protected] with the [protected] family plan with effect from 24th january 2020.
