Airtel — not network coverage

I akhilesh verma r/o airport road (Kalani nagar square), indore. On this location & inside part of colony (Sukhdev nagar main) there is a big problem of network, i was complaint continuously since july 7 2018 but there is no proper response from company (Bharati airtel ltd.. From july 2018 to till date there is not any update in network position & on morning we discussed mr. Mohammed kaleem (Advisor - customer experience) he was again tell "i acknowledge the issue you are facing and your inputs have been taken for future network planning." till 7 july 18 to 5 feb 19 (185 day) after above 6 months no change in network he again said "your inputs have been taken for future network planning". How airtel company understand customer's problem & losses of business & money. Last time on 19.01.19 i was attend the call from madam kakuli (Nodel officer airtel mp & cg) she said we will arrange a servey of technical team on your area but till today company not arrage any servey nor replied by anybody. What is customer service by airtel? By company repeat again & again till july 2018 that "information send to concerning department". (Comp nos.
