[Resolved] Airtel — Not open to access my call balance | |||||
I have taken a post paid connection in airtel, as a part of which I was promised 600 local minutes talk time. After few days when I want to check the call balance i.e., no.of talk time mins used by me, Airtel is informing that it is not possible. As per what they stated, a postpaid customer of Airtel could not have access to his call detail until the bill generation. And sarcastically they call themselves an open network...
