Airtel — not proper call incoming and outgoing

Mera airtel ka sim card h no. [protected] h. Maine 399₹ ka recharge karwaya tha. Ab kabhi call jata kabhi jata nhi, aur call incoming me bhi problem h. Call na jane k karn me pareshaan ho gya hu. Call proper jana chahiye aur call proper aana chahiye, call ki is problem ko band kre,
Airtel me 399 ka offer aaya tha, usme 84 days k liye calling and daily 1 gb net free diya gya tha.
Please help me
