Airtel — Not providing calling facility as promised for promised Airtel fiber connection

Hi,

I have taken Airtel Fiber connection for Airtel. Before providing connection they had committed that they will be providing facilities of Internet (Unlimited Data), Call (Unlimited through landline), OTT platforms.

But post connect they have provided facilities of OTT for few days. And they have not provided calling facilities as they had committed through sales person.

As a solution I want that either they should provide calling facility or re-imburse for the services they are not providing to me.
