We have registered many complaints regarding the issue with their services some of the SR are mentioned below:
1. SR [protected] was raised on 25th May which was not resolved and closed by your team intentionally.
2.SR [protected] was raised on 28th May which was not resolved and closed by your team intentionally.
3.SR [protected] was again escalated on 31st May which was not resolved and closed by your team intentionally.
4.SR [protected] was raised on 1st Jun which was not resolved and closed by your team intentionally.
5.SR [protected] was raised on 4th Jun which was not resolved and closed by your team intentionally (Technician visited but issue was not resolved)
6. SR [protected] was raised on 7th Jun which was not resolved and closed by your team intentionally.
7. SR [protected] was raised on 10th Jun which was not resolved and closed by your team intentionally.( again escalated for next day but not resolved)
8. SR [protected] was raised on 13th Jun which was not resolved and closed by your team intentionally.
9. SR [protected]was raised on 16th Jun which was not resolved and closed by your team intentionally.( again escalated for next day but not resolved)
10. SR [protected] was raised on 18th Jun which was not resolved and closed by your team intentionally. same was escalated for a week but no resolution
11. SR [protected] was raised on 28th Jun which was not resolved and closed by your team intentionally.( again escalated for next day but not resolved)
12. SR [protected] was raised on 2nd jul which was not resolved and closed by your team intentionally.
but no body is taking any action on the same.
On 27 Jul we asked for disconnection then the Aplete team called us and they asked me to wait for 5-6 days to get the issue resolve . In this period airtel suspended our services as asking for the charges for disconnection also AND asking the bill for last month with late payment charges.
