Airtel — Not Received any Incoming Calls

My Airtel Postpaid no is-[protected], without any information my incoming calls is stop from 2nd sept, I make out going calls no problem with that, But not recd.any incoming calls, when any one call me its says either switch off or not reachable. In 3rd sept i complain to airtel at 2.40 pm, Mr. Somnath Das & Mr. Piyush Mondal assure me that with in 48 hrs my problem will be solved, But till now its not solved, Again i call the customer Care no & speak to Mr. Shib Pal & Sn. Supervisor Mr. Rajib Debnath they directly told me they can't solve my problem, so that mean my problem not solved ?? if it is not solve in 1 day i will go higher step & claim to airtel for not attending business calls, Note My Complain ID is - [protected].
