[Resolved] Airtel — not received hard copy of my postpaid number and facing network problem from last 4 days | |||
I am Jitendra jain using post paid CUG Airtel number. My number is [protected] and alternet number is [protected]. The problem is I am not receiving my paper bill at right timetime. Every month I call customer care for this issue and they reply that we have sent your bill at your adress then i asked for duplicate bill copy, i will receive duplicate bill after 3, 4 days than i also receive original bill. Than how they said we have sent original bill at your adress. I am in goverment job so i have to submit hard copy of bill at office so i neet it. And 2nd problem is i am facing network problem on my both number from last 3, 4 days. Not able to make or receive any call customer care advisor says that here is no network problem and it will solve after 4 hrs. Plz sir do the needfull for solving my both problems.thank you.
