[Resolved]  Airtel — Not received the benefit as per the offer

On 4th of July I received an offer on my mobile for 3G data @Rs. 95 for 28 days. My mobile phone no. Is [protected]. I got it recharged and received SMS that extra 3G benefit has been credited to your account. But I am not able to access 3G services yet. The net pack is running on 2G data. I contacted customer care as well as the nearest airtel outlet. But nobody seems able to resolve my issue. Moreover, they are saying that 6 put of 10 such offers are fake so don't take them seriously in case you receive any such offer in future. This is unacceptable from a responsible company like airtel. I request you to kindly consider my query as soon as possible and provide me the benefit which was offered to me. Also 8 days has been passed since I got the net pack recharged, but I am still not able access 3G services which has led to a substantial loss in my work. So I request you to either compensate me for the loss or refund me my money as early as possible.
