Airtel — not receiving incoming calls, sms and also no outgoing sms for [protected]

Hello,
I am facing the issue of not receiving any incoming calls from 07/10/2018. Whenever anyone is calling its saying invalid no. Whereas outgoing call is working. Incoming and outgoing sms not working. I have registered a compalint with airtel bu its been 7 days stiil there is no resolution

Kindly help me out.
