Airtel — not receiving otp in my newly ported sim

I am not receiving any otp in my newly ported sim. Other messages are coming. I contacted airtel customer services and they suggested it could be network problem.
But others friends are using the airtel and they are getting otp without any problem.
I am not getting otp for any of the services. Be it a banking or any other.

Request you to help and resolve the problem.

From last two days my Airtel Sim services are suspended. Can you please resolve this issue which I was facing. I'm not able to use data and can't make or receive the calls. My Airtel number is [protected].

My mobile no. is [protected] and I have recently recharge on airtel app of Rs 399 and paid through Amazon upi transaction I'd P[protected]
and recharge is not successful yet.
Please do the needful.When I contacted Airtel they said that they have not received any transaction record.
