Airtel — Not receiving SMS on Indian prepaid SIM when I am in Lagos Nigeria

As i am staying in Lagos Nigeria, i was receiving SMS on my Indian SIM till past 12th Feb 2023. However recently it stopped receiving sms even though i am having validity in SIM.
Problem not resolved even after many customer complaints.I am unable to receive OTP and important details due to this.
Complaint was raised on 21st april, 22nd april, 23rd april and 24thapril 2023.
