Airtel — Not refunded the Amount of cancellation Xstream Fiber Broadband Connection

I requested Xstream Fiber Broadband Connection on the date of 3rd May 2023 with a payment online from the Airtel app.

I got a message from the Airtel "Due to some feasibility constraints in your locality, the New Airtel Xstream Fiber Connection request could not proceed.
