[Resolved] Airtel — Not refunded the amount paid as they failed to give broadband connection | |||
I have requested for Airtel broad band connection. My airtel account number [protected]. Reference number is 56750292 They charged INR 1000 towards installation. Because of their technical issues they couldn't give connection. They asked me to send cancelled cheque so that they will refund into my bank account. I sent that on 15/06/2015 to mail: [protected]@in.airtel.com But there is no response from them. and amount not credited. They said in 48 hrs amount will get credited into bank account once they receive cancelled cheque. Asked them not to send cheque as it takes long time. But no one is responding. Nov 12, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved Cheque of the said amount has been sent by airtel.After 2 months. Service can be improved by updating the customer. Please inform the customer about the updates on refund so that they'll be peace of mind Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
