Airtel — not refunding the talk time which is wrongly recharged. | |
sir I have wrongly recharged an amount of Rs. 200 through Internet banking on the web site http://www.airtel.in. The same amount was recharged on [protected] wrongly, but my mob no is [protected]. In airtel easy recharge service there is a option for refund of money for wrong recharge but there is no such facility for wrong recharge directly from the airtel site by the customers. So this in not the justice for the customers. I have complained to the a airtel customer care executive but they refused to help and saying that this option is not available.so the company is cheating to the customers.
