I am a pride customer of airtel from 2005 and being cheated continuously.
Concern 1:
I am using 799 plan from almost a year and one of your executive called me 3 months back and informed me to avail the befits of 799plan that 2 add on number will come at free of cost though i am not interested as it is free of cost i converted my 2 prepaid numbers into this add on. Very next month i called your team and informed to remove the add on numbers and convert them back to prepaid.
Then they told me it is not possible for three months then when i asked them this is not intimated to me then they told they will wave off 400 every month till add on numbers are converted to prepaid.
I appreciate the customer centricity and you are bound to the same and gave the wave off for 3 months i am thankful for the same.
August 27th three months completed and on 30th i call your team @ 121 and asked to convert the add on numbers to prepaid.
Executive said first it should be deconsolidated and only then it can be converted into prepaid so he deconsolidated the same into 399 plan both the numbers and told me to go to nearest store after 24 hrs for converting into prepaid.
I went to store today and now the story is different the store executives say it cannot be done and i need to wait another 3 months and told to contact customer care.
Now i called customer care the executive who received my call may a trainee who could not understand the concern even after 30 min of call and he says you to store again or you write mail to 121.
Then i got angry asked to give it to next level manager and he assigned call to deepika who is floor supervisor and she said if possible go to the store we are escalating the issue and in store itself the problem will resolve.
Now i went store gain now there the team say a different story that it is mistake done by customer care that is why we are not able to convert it into prepaid.
When i asked strongly then they asked me one otp will come to mobile pls tell as the mobile is with my wife i called my wife and told them otp and they said otp is expired and they forced me to get the mobile.
I went home again and brought the mobile.
Now the store manager has taken my mobile saying that otp will come and without my permission he started giving feedback saying 10 and deleting the sms when i asked he is saying you raised concern so we should send in that way.
Is this sop given by airtel to take customer mobiles and send feedback without customer knowledge and cheat customers.
I am really surprised the manager itself is telling this is the process.
Team in the store are not in a attitude of resolving concern but they are trained well to cheat customers.
Nobody is interested in resolving concern they are only interested in cheating customer and taking feedbacks with their knowledge.
I want resolution for my concern & i really never expected that airtel store team is trained for wrong process.
I want to know what action is taken on that manager of that store who is white shirt and leading the store in wrong process.
If any executive does any mistake manager need to correct where as manager himself is doing the mistake.
There is no transparency with airtel and my day is spoiled because of this
