Airtel — not showing balance

I have done recharge of 399 but still it is showing 0 balance on my airtel account and my bank account has been debited with rupees 399 also. Why it is happening?
Please do the needful action.
I just tried some complaint number to talk about my problem but it seems that there is no customer care officer to help customers in problem relating to recharge services on airtel mobile.
Please help me.
