[Resolved] Airtel — Not stopping the services which is not required by customer | |||
Last year I bought airtel postpaid connection number [protected] only to use 3G service & paid Rs. 800/- well in advance as rental for a tenure of 10 months of service. Activated 3G service & used for 5 months. Due to non coverage of 3G service outside Surat city, discontinued use of it after 5 months. I was given the understanding that after 10 months, the services will be stopped. Now, Airtel is demanding Rs. 1600/- as unpaid bill amount. They are arguing that I am expected to go to airtel stores to stop the services. Ridiculous !! Was this information helpful? | |||
