Airtel — not updating my acc.and

Address:Ludhiana, Punjab, 141401

I am new customer of air tel dish residing in khanna pb with c. Id [protected]-001 my reg. Mobile no. Is[protected]. I have purchased this setup box with so called dhamaka pack for one year.
From the day one i am not able to add on any of the channels as message to 54325 is not been able to deliver from my reg. Mobile neither it reflects my balance in my acc.in my dish. I have spoken to c. Care min
Ten times and sent 5to6 email from which i do have complaint numbers.
But till date issue has not been resolved. I am now tired of contacting these persons.
Kindly direct them to do the needful or pls. Take away this box so that i can go for some other option.
