Airtel — not yet received back failed transaction recharge amount

Online recharge with airtel through my debit card failed on 2nd april 2020, transaction id[protected]. Despite several requests through email, calls and twitter means they have not refunded. They are always saying it will be done but nothing is happening. Today 10 days are over incle 7 working days. Rbi stipulates that fine of rs. 100/- by bank if not remitted back within 5 working days. Airtel is totally ignoring the issue.

Please direct them to refund my money immediately.
