Dear sir/madam,
I have given request for port vodafone to airtel @ rohtas nagar delhi airtel store on 10-nov-17.
Same day i got confirmation from airtel you request accepted.
On 14th nov i got message from airtel your vodafone number will be ported-in to airtel by 14. Nov.17 23.30.00
My vodafone number is closed on 14 nov 17 but till yet my airtel number was not started.
I visit couple of times to airtel store (Rohtas nagar shahdra delhi) but they said your number will be activate within 30 min since 10.20 am they start saying that
Yesterday i called to store manager approx 50 times name avneet raghav mobile no [protected]. Inttaly he start giving me time 30 min after that he said give me 2 hr most of time he didin't answer my call and in evening he said make a complaint he said our backend team is very poor service they are not doing there work.
First they said call to 59059 they said your data is not updated visit to nearest airtel store
I can't understand where i go store i visit couple of time
I have transfer fund urgently but i can't able to do because of otp came on my registered mobile no
My business get impacted because this is the only number i used for my buisness
If it will not start within 2 hr i will go to consumer court as well as take this matter with media.
