Airtel — number changed to corporate connection without my permission/knowledge | |||
Have been trying to reach out to Airtel escalation, social media team and also customer care since past 8days. They have no information on why & how my connection type was changed. Their backend team is the only one who supposedly has access to check, and they have not even touched the tip of my case/complaint yet. Have been tweeting n NO response Was this information helpful? | |||

No response to the Nodal officer yet.
The number updated on Airtel website is also false and even after entering the SR number, there is no response.
Pathetic service by Airtel as it has been over 24 days now since the complaint has been made.
