I ported from vodafone to airtel on 1st october, but that day my incoming and outgoing calls are barred and am struck with this stupid network and having a huge loss in my business due to which many orders were cancelled. Contacted customer care lot of times and even sent mail to nodal officer but no reply or updates from them. Visited local customers centre too but they are not able help.
Will airtel pay for my business loss? Can anyone suggest me the legal action to be taken against airtel to compensate my loss?
Being a huge company they should atleast respond to mails. Just need customers for money nothing else. Was this information helpful? |
