[Resolved]  Airtel — Number not activated for over 2 weeks

After submitting all necessary documents I was given a 4G data card with a promise that the number will start working in a couple of days. When the number was not activated in 3 days I requested again, with a promise that the number will start working from the next day, but as expected it did not. This process of false promises and lies continued. After 4 days I got a message stating my ph no and the request no. I was told to msg "STATUS" on [protected]. Even that did not work as I did not get any confirmation on the status of my activation. It has been 14 days now and they have neither activated my number nor have they provided a reason for the delay. This has not only been a mental harassment but have also led to a loss and delay of my work-my only mistake to trust a brand like airtel. Now when I try to contact the regional manager he does not pick up my call. I am stranded with no option left but to file this complaint.
