Airtel — Number not converted from prepaid to postpaid in 15 days | |||
This is completely irritating. Even after furnishing all the required documents to the company, my number has not been converted from prepaid to postpaid. I've been getting calls from the customer care just to confirm whether my number has been activated or not. I don't understand how the system works in Airtel such that the calling team can't check the status of any number whether it is active or not. On a daily basis, I'm getting these calls which is making it even worse instead of funding a solution to the problem Really dissatisfied with the way my query has been dealt with. once they respond us very quietly and humbly until they invade the whole india...
now they got what they invest (i think so) they turn back on us and show their real face...

once we call then digit number they pick the phone now we have to select one of ten different button to hang in line and the respond like ...

i ve changed my number coz they keep on calling from unknown number...
