[Resolved]  Airtel — Number not started after 2 weeks & Irresponsible Customer Care

I have taken a new SIM from Mr. Manohar & Mrs Rao – Bangalore on 20th dec . When after all documents & data being provided, the number did not start till yesterday – 30th Dec . I have been in touch with Mr Manohar & Mrs Rao last 10 days. They are not at all responding to my requests . since last 10 days . Mainly Mrs Rao, have been avoiding my phone calls . When I do got in touch with Her, she told me the documents I gave were not clear . When I re-sent her the documents, they informed issued me a new SIM & told me It will get activated by 30th Night / 31st morning . Till now, the new number is not activated . And Worst part is – they DO NOT PICK UP THE CALLS AT THE FIRST ATTEMPTS ! ! Why is it it that I only have to call Airtel again & again for my grievances ?? debika roy ·
