Airtel — Number Port from Corporate account to Personal account

I am unable to port my Airtel number from corporate to personal account. Both are with same Airtel. I have submitted all documents on March 13 again on March 20 at Vijaynagar branch bangalore. They don't have any proper response . Not able to talk to customer care as well.
