[Resolved] Airtel — offer recharged but service not provided | |||
Hi, I have recharged with rs 899 on 23rd june, 2017 with benefits o[censored]nlimited all calls and 2gb data/day for 70 days. Now after one month on 23rd july, 2017 the customer care told me that i have used the weekly quota of 1200 mins and so i can call again from 24th july, 2017. I was not able to call on 24th july, so i called customer care again and this time they told that you have used your monthly quota of 3000 mins and so you will not be able to use free mins. I called again on 25th july since it is more than a month from 23rd june, and this time they were confused and they dont know what to answer. After 3 times calling they told me that i have used all mins of 70 days. Please take a case in name of airtel and refund my rs 899 i paid to them when they cant provide service to me. Thanks.
