Airtel — Offering caller tone for Rs.599 with pack but not working

Dear Sir/Mam,
As per my subject according I am use last 6 year associated with airtel network .My number is prepaid in network, as per company plan 599 provide free caller tune set, but its not in working .Already complaint race 198 customer care, his representative told tomorrow, my senior call on this number & resolved your query .last 4 days no call company side .You required call record this talk ., also available.Please resolve my complaint otherwise refund my amount .
