Airtel — on android phone 4g sim is not working

I have a 4g sim i've done the recharge of rupees 148 on 10/07/2018 on my android phone no coverege no network in my phone two time restored my phone i've change all settings my phone but network is not working in my phone i was planing to port my jio sim to airtel but leave it. have to think again
