I have been following with your Team from last 15 days, but our problem is yet to be resolved. I have taken one airtel plan in which there are 04 mobile numbers, Fiber, Landline Airtel extreme & one DTH.
Your representative Mr Vipin ([protected]) contacted us and informed about the plan. Earlier i was having 02 DTH. After this Mr Vipin informed that in this plan one DTH shall be replaced with airtel extreme box and we agreed. Initially for some days the airtel extreme worked, but after that it doesn't show any channels.
So please look into the matter & in case you fail to close it within 12 hours, I will through this out and change my entire system to JIO. Was this information helpful? |
