Airtel — online Internet recharge done on wrong number | |||
I wanted to do an online 3G internet recharge of Rs.249 on [protected](airtel), but by mistake I entered wrong number and the recharge was done on [protected]. I have the reciept mail. Details are as follows: Transaction ID - 830011 Amount (Rs.) - 249.0 Recharge date and time: 16th Jan '15, 8:20pm. I called the Airtel Prepaid customer care, the agent said, they cannot help me in this situation and I should call the person and request him to recharge back for me. I called the person on number [protected], he said, he don't use internet and he doesn't even have a smart phone so that he can use it.. Please do the needful and resolve the issue ASAP. Is this how Airtel threat the customer .WOW! I have 3 post paid, 2 prepaid and 2 TV connection . Looks like i need to take advantage of portability .I am posting this to social media and consumer form, 250 Rs is not a big amount, but how can you threat your customer?Need clarification !
