Airtel — online Internet recharge done on wrong number

I wanted to do an online 3G internet recharge of Rs.249 on [protected](airtel), but by mistake I entered wrong number and the recharge was done on [protected]. I have the reciept mail. Details are as follows: Transaction ID - 830011 Amount (Rs.) - 249.0 Recharge date and time: 16th Jan '15, 8:20pm. I called the Airtel Prepaid customer care, the agent said, they cannot help me in this situation and I should call the person and request him to recharge back for me. I called the person on number [protected], he said, he don't use internet and he doesn't even have a smart phone so that he can use it.. Please do the needful and resolve the issue ASAP. Right now I received a call from an Airtel agent named Rajiv. He's asking me my debit card number(the number which is written on the debit card) and then he asked me for the CVV number( the 3digit number written at the back of the card).
As I am not suppose to share my CVV number with anyone so, I refused to give it. Then, the guy told me it won't be possible without it.
I told him to take my account number and send the amount. When my husband spoke to him and asked how to trust that he was calling from Airtel. Then he dare us to get the refund amount.

Is this how Airtel threat the customer .WOW! I have 3 post paid, 2 prepaid and 2 TV connection . Looks like i need to take advantage of portability .I am posting this to social media and consumer form, 250 Rs is not a big amount, but how can you threat your customer?Need clarification !
