Airtel — online payment does not redirect to the bank website

Sorry, but hijacking the security of online payment is a very bad idea. You must redirect to the bank website after i enter the debit card number. But i have to press an extra link which then redirects to the bank website. Then i can do my authentication there, and after it redirects back it is always saying that the transaction failed. Please change the interface back to the way it ought to be. Also debit card should be default, not any these funny untrustworthy other payment methods.

Two times I tried to do an online recharge. I used debit card and the redirection to the bank. Both times it took INR 509 and both times the recharge failed. I want a refund, immediately. Transaction IDs are[protected] and[protected].
