[Resolved] Airtel — Online Recharge from Airtel Thanks App via Upi failed but amount deducted | |
I recharged my mobile number [protected] for amount Rs.399 via Airtel Thanks App through Upi on 23-05-21 at 12:30. I received a message from Airtel with order Id[protected]. The bank transaction was also completed successfully but my account has not recharged. I have not received any other messages regarding this till date. I request a refund for the amount. Jun 6, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved My money has been returned back to my account. Airtel service is great. Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
