I have made recharge amounting to rs. 100.00 on today i. E. On 23rd august, 2017 through airtel mobile app. The recharge could not be successful but the amount has been debited from my bank account.
I have received following message at 01:56 p. M. From airtel team:
Your airtel mobile * online recharge txn id[protected] of rs 100.0 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference.
(Mobile no. Intentionally hide)
But after that no message has not been received yet about successful transaction.
I request hereby to refund the amount or make the transaction successful.
Please do it asap.
