Today i.e. on 08.07.2017 I have recharged Rs.702 in wrong customer ID . In my TV screen I have read my ID [protected] instead of correct ID [protected] but registered mobile no. had been recorded properly which is [protected]. I do not understand when ID and Mobile No. not matched then how the next step of processing the payment can continued.
May be it's company policy but it should not be justified.
I am requesting here for refunding the amount of Rs.702 in my bank account and or may adjust in next months.
