My name is A.Selvakumar, working as a manager in Public sector company in Kolkata. My airtel mobile no: [protected], I have recharge through on-line amt of 1010 on 31/7/2016.
During on-line transaction, amount Rs 1010 have been deducted from my SBI account, where as recharge value Rs1100 has not been added in my airtel mobile no.
Whereas I have received message from Airtel during on-line charging, your will be added within 2hrs else will be refunded within 7-10 days.Still date amount has not been added in mobile no else refunded also not made.
Kindly I request you refund the amount or recharge value Rs 1100 to be added in my mobile no.
I provide the details during on-line recharge on 31/07/2016.
