[Resolved]  Airtel — Online recharge not successful but amount deducted

I recharged online for Rs. 79, the status indicated transaction failed on Airtel website, but the amount got deducted from my bank account. I have been experiencing the same kind of issue almost most of the times that I recharge on your website, Airtel being such a reputed company should at least ensure that the online recharge system works consistently. I have attached my bank statement highlighting the debit, please update this recharge on my number asap. And please request your to also rectify this glitch on the website. Hope to see a resolution asap. Thank you.
