Airtel — opening of airtel bank payment account without my permission | |
I have linked my aadhar number to my airtel mobile number, but later on found that they have open my airtel bank payment account without my consent and permission. Further they have activated my direct benefit scheme also. When they have not been given the permission. I have called and written to customer care, but poor response. They are asking me to submit the details of my aadhar card, to de-activate the account. My question is while opening the account you have not asked any question, paper or sought any permission, wheras to deactivate the account, now you are asking all such documents. Is it fair. Secondly the customer care don't call to us also to rectify their mistakes. Was this information helpful? | |
