Airtel — outgoing call issue/call ended

Hi,

I am facing call ended issue from last 2 months intermittently and i need to do repeated calls to connect to someone, i have call logged with airtel on june 25, with SR NUMBER 86079177, i have logged the case based on many of my friends also facing the same issue in both android and iphone who are using airtel.

The support received from airtel was to change phone and sim card., When i am clearly conveying that the issue was not only with me but still the engineer has never worked on the actual issue..

The case was closed without even getting confirmation with me.

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Sukhil Shetty Kindly update.. still no action from service provider.. if airtel cant solve the issue then they must inform so we can port our number other service provider
