Airtel — outgoing call are blocked in my airtel prepaid sim

I have an airtel prepaid sim. but I am unable to make outgoing calls in my sim a few days before. plz, solve my problem as soon as possible. my no. is [protected]. I had a complaint about this sim before but no my problem not solved. contact with me as soon as possible. i face many problem because of block of outgoing in my sim.
