[Resolved] Airtel — Outgoing service deactivated - not revert of mails | |||||
Hi, 1. On 1 april evening i got a sms from airtel that my usage more than credit limit so make the payment otherwise outgoing service will be deactivated. 2. I tried to make the payment through mobile website but on window phone there is an issue (Not able to enter amount to pay) so i was unable to make the payment. 3. Saturday morning they have deactivate my services- i wrote back to them mentioning the payment issue also requested to increase my credit limit. 4. Based on my request i got mail on 2 april morning 10 am that your service have been resumed and with in 48 hrs need to make payment. 5. By 2nd april eving my credit limit also revised to rs 3000. 6. In spite of 48 hrs relaxation and having now rs 3000 credit limit they again deactivated outgoing service with in 24 hrs itself. Additional details- my mobile usages -rs. 1467 which includes 1353.69 bill due date[protected] credit limit- rs 3000 outgoing deactivated since - 3rd april morning wrote 2-3 request mail- its more than 24 hrs -no revert on mails Was this information helpful? | |||||
