Hi team,
I was using airtel services from nov'17 to nov'18 using mobile number. Due to very bad network coverage, i switched over to another operator.
I was waiting for the last bill from airtel, which i never got at my communication address or email id ([protected]@gmail.com)
Now airtel has blocked my outgoing services on my current operator via trai for pending bill.
The question is how can i pay the bill without received from airtel? And is trai is advising to operators to block customer services for unpaid bills without informing them and without sending bill to them? Will customer get a dream how much the bill :)?
I called 121 (Customer care) and they tell me to contact cheryl pereira (Nodal officer) to resolve my problem. But she doesn't received my call. This is a stupid service provided by airtel.
I have written an email to them ('[protected]@airtelindia.com') and nodel officer (Nodalofficer. [protected]@in. Airtel.com) but no response till yet.
I am ready to pay the pending bill but should received my bill at least on my communication address or email id but sill not received.
